Yellowknife, March 20th, 2018 – CDETNO is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr François Afane as its new Executive Director. Mr Afane will start his new position April 9th and will succeed Antoine Gagnon, who will leave his position on April 13th, after more than three years as CDETNO’s Executive Director.
2018 Virtual Job Fair
CDETNO is excited to announce the 3rd annual Virtual Job Fair, organized by RDÉE Canada and its 12 member organizations.
The Virtual Job Fair has two goals:
- Give Canadian employers a better opportunity to recruit the talent they need to fill vacancies in their businesses while taking advantage of the “Francophone mobility” program.
- Give Francophone and bilingual job seekers a chance to explore a range of job opportunities they can apply for.

CDETNO announces the departure of its Executive Director
Yellowknife, December 18th, 2017 – After over four and a half years at CDETNO, Executive Director Antoine Gagnon will leave his position in the upcoming months to pursue new opportunities. The recruitment process for a new director will begin shortly. A transition plan will be put in place to ensure continuity in the organization’s many ongoing projects.

Back on the Employment Cafe
This edition we welcomed no less than 186 people to the Employment Cafe!
It was with great pleasure that we offered the opportunity for employers and job seekers to meet in Yellowknife from 5PM to 7PM. Nearly 20 employers from all fields of activity have had the opportunity to have a first contact with many potential employees. The next edition will take place in the fall of 2017.
