We are currently working towards improving services for immigrants in regard to language tests and training for Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications.
To do so, we have created a survey to capture data regarding the needs of language tests in French (TEF) and English (CELPIP). We have also seen that there has been a need for language training to achieve required CLB levels for immigration purposes.
We have a very successful program, LINC, which aids permanent residents who are seeking help in improving their English. This survey would help us to better understand if there is a need for CLIC, which is the French version of LINC.
