Winter Seasonal Blues

Autumn signifies changes. Leaves begin falling. Trees turn orange. A loss of energy and liveliness. Your mood swings. Temperatures getting colder. The days getting shorter… All this reminds us that winter is coming!

To be adequately prepared, CDÉTNO in collaboration with Réseau TNO Santé, invites you to participate in an information and discussion online workshop on Friday, October 15th, 2021 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the theme of seasonal winter blues.

Our guest speaker, Valérie Leclerc, TRA, Counsellor Therapist, will assist you in better understanding this phenomenon by sharing tools, tips, and tricks in order for participants to be able to anticipate and mitigate the effects of seasonal winter blues.

Free registration until October 13th, 2021, by clicking here
