We are adding Tow Truck Drivers to our fleet based in Yellowknife. Has the tow bug caught you? Our company provides services to RCMP, individuals, companies and all major roadside assistance programs for all makes and models of vehicles. We provide services to our customers in Yellowknife and the surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals who are hard working, have a great customer service attitude, and works well on their own and with a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

*Driving and operating light to medium duty wrecker, flat deck truck, heavy wrecker and truck with Landoll
*Communicate with dispatch, customers and service providers in a courteous and respectful manner
*Load/unload vehicles from various equipment. This may include the use of chains, winch, wheel scoops and dollies
* Ability to work with our e-dispatch system to complete service requests, accept payment from customers
*Complete daily paperwork as required
*Complete routine maintenance on equipment, such as replacing fluids, belts, batteries, lights, hoses, fueling and greasing.

Required Skills:

*Ability to communicate in an effectively and professions manner with providing customers with professional outstanding service.
*Ability to think logically and be flexible in situations which maybe continually changing
*Must have a valid 1, 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement, criminal records check, 5 year commercial drivers abstract and insurance claims experience letter.
*Min 2 years professional driving experience

Physical Requirement:

*Must be able to work various shifts, or flexible work schedule as required
*Required to sit, stand, walk, using hand to manipulate or feel; reach with hands or arms; required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
*occasionally required to lift up to 90 pounds
*Must be able and willing to work in inclement weather

We are willing to train the right individual. All employees will be required to become a certified WreckMaster tow operator. This is provided to all employees free of cost.

Open to remote/rotational workers.

Full Time Position with bi-weekly guarantee.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
