Office Compliments Ltd is currently seeking a full time: Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Summary: Reception/Administration/Legal Services/Business Services
Duties:
- Handle multi-line phones, answering services and greet walk-in clients
- Invoice clients, maintain client relations, petty cash, mail distribution, daily drop offs at downtown businesses
- Provide legal services, backup support to colleagues, clients and general office duties
Skills:
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Organized, punctual, responsible and reliable
- Quick on your feet with multi-tasking ability, highly motivated and energetic
- Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Excellent typing, proof-reading and editing skills
Required:
- 2 years previous administrative experience
- RCMP Criminal Records Check
