Office Compliments Ltd  is currently seeking a full time: Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Summary:  Reception/Administration/Legal Services/Business Services

Duties:

  • Handle multi-line phones, answering services and greet walk-in clients
  • Invoice clients, maintain client relations, petty cash, mail distribution, daily drop offs at downtown businesses
  • Provide legal services, backup support to colleagues, clients and general office duties

Skills:

  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Organized, punctual, responsible and reliable
  • Quick on your feet with multi-tasking ability, highly motivated and energetic
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
  • Excellent typing, proof-reading and editing skills

Required:

  • 2 years previous administrative experience
  • RCMP Criminal Records Check
